Daiwa Certate 16 Reel
Daiwa Certate 16 Reel
The Daiwa Certate 16 Reel has a really solid well put together feel to it. With a body from robust alloy and a Ziaon rotor centre drive, the reel delivers both strength and lightness, a rare combination.
Daiwa have overhauled the Digigear II drive and when fitted with the quality silent oscillation, gives smoother rotary action which ultimately leads to maximum cranking power. Combine all this with fitted Magseal and Magsealed bearings and in the Certate 16 Daiwa really have produced one of their most powerful reels to date.
Daiwa have given the Certate 16 a nice wide range of sizes to encorporate all disciplines of fishing, from the 1003 for LRF through to the 4000 size for serious predator hunting. Daiwa have also introduced a new deign in one piece body frame. The Monocoque body design gives optimum strength for handling challenging situations.
The HD models in this range are specially enhanced to handle offshore species and big predators.
