Penn Squadron ll Labrax Rod
The Penn Squadron II Labrax rods are specifically designed for rocky shore and beach lure fishing techniques and for targeting sea bass.
Labrax, short for the term Dicentrarchus labrax, translates from Latin to European bass. These rods have carbon blanks to deliver incredible sensitivity, strength and the power for maximum casting performance.
Each one is fitted throughout with high quality guides and a graphite reel seat, suitable for holding sea bass reels. The split handle design is made from EVA foam for comfort and has a 2 piece construction.
Matching the rest of the Squadron II range, the rods are primarily white in colour with stunning red and black highlights throughout. The 6.8ft rod has a casting weight of 10-30g and the 7.8ft rod has a casting weight of 14-42g and both supplied in a cloth bag.
