These tiny lures are designed to be cast with a fly rod, loved by some and hated by others you can't argue with how effective they've been for more than fifty years. The flicker spinner is a very effective lure for many kinds of fish, especially Pike, Bass and Trout.
Check the rules on your fishery as they are still is banned on many venues but is often permitted on waters that don't allow spinning as well as fly fishing.
