Savage Gear WP Performance Jacket

Savage Gear WP Performance Jacket

The Savage Gear WP Performance Jacket is a lightweight yet durable fishing jacket with a modern design. It’s built for serious outdoor use, utilizing a high-performance fabric that is both waterproof and breathable. The Gunmetal colour is a sleek dark grey that is practical for outdoor activities and pairs well with the matching trousers. The jacket is engineered with features that cater specifically to the needs of an angler, such as strategically placed pockets and a comfortable, functional fit.

• High Waterproof Rating: The jacket boasts a waterproof rating of 10,000mm. This high water column rating ensures that the jacket can withstand significant rainfall, keeping you dry even in harsh conditions.
• Excellent Breathability: With a breathability rating of 5,000mvp, the jacket allows for the effective escape of moisture vapor (sweat) from the inside. This is crucial for maintaining comfort during active fishing, preventing clamminess and overheating.
• Durable Fabric: The jacket is constructed from a robust Nylon Taslon fabric with a PU (polyurethane) coating. This material combination provides a durable outer layer that is resistant to wear and tear, while the coating provides the waterproofing.
• Detachable Hood: The hood is designed to be fully detachable, offering versatility. You can use it for maximum protection in wet weather or remove it when it’s not needed, reducing bulk and weight.
• Functional Pockets: The jacket is equipped with multiple pockets to securely store gear and keep hands warm:
  • Chest Pockets: Two chest pockets with waterproof zippers are ideal for storing essentials like phones, licenses, or small tackle boxes, ensuring their contents remain dry.
  • Lined Front Pockets: These pockets are also equipped with waterproof zippers and a soft lining, providing a warm place to rest hands on cold days.
• Soft Mesh Lining: The interior of the jacket features a soft mesh lining that improves air circulation and prevents the outer fabric from sticking to the skin, adding a layer of comfort.
• Reflex Printing: The jacket includes reflective prints or logos, which are strategically placed to increase visibility and safety in low-light conditions, such as at dawn or dusk.
