So I decided to bring my bait boat over to Donegal to see if I could deliver bait out 3-400 metres out. When I arrived to my surprise there was a big enough roll on the sea and it was crashing at the rocks where I had planned to fish. This was not only hazardous for the bait boat, it was potentially very dangerous for myself, particulary when I had no one with me if trouble cropped up.
So plan have been delayed for another time, which will have to be in the near future as we are fast running out of season for them.
So here is a shot of the area I will be fishing. Top of Donegal, Ireland.
