Yesterday saw leg one of our boat league sponsored by DENNETT OUTDOORS.
The lads sailed with skipper Paul Graham out of Portrush.
An initial sea fog soon cleared to give sunny warm conditions and good boat match fishing was to be had both on the rough ground and over the sand.
Pollock, coalfish, ballan wrasse, cuckoo wrasse, goldshinney wrasse, cod, ling, sea scorpions, whiting, dab, dogfish, grey gurnard, red gurnard, tub gurnard, poor cod, weaver, launce and mackerel were the species caught keeping both the anglers and skipper Paul marking the scores very busy!

Dorian White 44 fish 156pts
Andy Cleeve 39 fish 149pts
All in all a good days sport which was capped by the appearance of two minke whales around the boat for last couple of hours.
